Ekin Cosmetics is a skincare brand offering natural, multi-use cosmetic products inspired by African beauty rituals.

Ekin Cosmetics offers natural skincare products made with carefully selected ingredients, including oils sourced from Africa.

Each product description includes:

  • size and price

⚠️ Because our products are made with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. This does not affect product quality or effectiveness.

Prices

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

  • All prices include Finnish VAT (ALV) 25.5%. Shipping fees shown at checkout also include VAT.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and added to the total price.

Ekin Cosmetics reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Orders

An order is confirmed once:

  • payment has been successfully completed

  • the customer receives an order confirmation email

Ekin Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • suspected fraud

  • payment issues

  • incorrect pricing or stock errors

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Ekin Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

You may request a return or refund if:

  • the product arrived damaged

  • the wrong product was sent

Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Our products are made with natural ingredients. However, natural does not mean allergen-free.
